Rome hosted the signing of an important agreement between Unimpresa, Confail, and Assidal, aimed at improving cooperation and protecting the rights of workers and businesses.
The agreement, signed in Rome by Unimpresa President Giovanna Ferrara, Confail General Secretary Antonio Forcella, and Assidal President Giuseppe Ciarcellutto, aims to develop synergy among the three organizations. This collaboration seeks to enhance the protection of rights and expectations of members and workers in social, professional, and training processes.
The pact aims to establish rules for a concerted and participatory system of labor relations, with the goal of increasing the competitiveness and productivity of companies, as well as enhancing human resources. The new challenges in the labor market require a common vision and convergence of interests between businesses and workers.
A crucial point of the agreement is the focus on health and safety in the workplace. Assidal, Unimpresa, and Confail commit to signing and renewing national collective labor agreements, with particular attention to this delicate issue. The collaboration also aims to strengthen the existing joint body and bilateral entities to further improve the protection of labor rights.
The pact has been transmitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, the CNEL, and other relevant bodies, emphasizing the importance of this new synergy at the national level.
